This 2026 ballot measures proposes a new and permanent 0.333% sales tax on a majority of purchases to fund a train which will work alongside RTD.

Colorado Engaged pried the check register out of the Front Range Passenger District for no charge, after the district initially quoted $586 to get the documents.

It shouldn’t take a public information request to view the public district’s check or purchasing card registers. They can easily be published at the district’s website.
